The Estate
The estate gardens filled with lavender, rosemary and olive trees offer stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. For weddings of a considerable number of guests, we recommend a marquee. In the event of bad weather for small groups up to fifty, everyone can be accommodated inside the castle.
Accommodation
Castello di Vicarello’s seven rooms and suites can accommodate fourteen people, or up to twenty maximum with the use of extra beds (€105 per night additional). The exclusive rate for the accommodation of fourteen guests is € 8.000 per day in high season (from May to October), € 6.900 in low season (January – April, November – December 2017). This includes daily breakfast and taxes. They require a two to three night stay and a combination of two events (either a BBQ the evening before the wedding or a brunch the day after the celebration) We highly recommend that the wedding is on the second day of your stay. That way you will have the next day to relax and enjoy your family and friends. Please remember that check out is at noon.

Catering
As Castello di Vicarello require two events aside from the wedding dinner, the other can be a brunch or a BBQ. Both options start at € 60 per person.
Vicarello provides organic, fresh ingredients using traditional and regional recipes. The menu can be personalised depending on your tastes and the price of the wedding meal starts at €195 per person. This cost includes table settings and eight hours of table service. Drinks, flower arrangements are not included in this price. Please enquire and we will be happy to provide you with a quote based upon your specific needs.
Castello di Vicarello can also provide a wedding planning service, rates start at €2500. As part of our wedding planner service they can arrange the following:

Marquee
For a wedding party a marquee is highly recommended in case of poor weather. Costs start at €3500, depending on style and size. Dance floor, wooden structure on the rustic table, barrique bar
The cost of a 5 x 5 meter dance floor is €850 including transport.
There is also a “disco” version with of the dance floor with additional lights for €1350.
The wooden structure that supports strands of lights and a fabric awning above our long rustic table has a cost of € 800. The “open bar” (barrique) structure with lights has a cost of € 390.
These costs do not include 22% taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Castello di Vicarello charge a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable. Between 7 – 3 months prior to the confirmed date a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Three months prior to the confirmed date a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
